The Croft is a large new private house in an archetypal Cotswolds village, bringing traditional rural forms and materials together with contemporary design and detailing, to create a luxurious home that is designed around family life and entertaining.

CBG developed a detailed mechanical and electrical design for this highly sustainable bespoke property in the Cotswolds, utilising state of the art technology and home integration/automation.

The building design was split into three distinct zones for living, sleeping and service together with a large basement which includes a cinema, a wine-tasting and display room, and a private nightclub for parties.

This project has also been shortlisted for the British Homes Awards 2025 – House of the Year – over 2,500 sq. ft. category.
