Renovation of a large Grade I Listed 13th century, manor house.

Installation of new electrical services, heating, hot and cold water, data, security, fire detection and audio-visual systems.

The existing M&E services, installed in 1938 were failing. A range of renewable and sustainable options were evaluated for the site, to take advantage of its rural setting and large grounds. Very careful planning of the services distribution strategy was required to minimise disruption to the historic building fabric.
