CBG Consultants were employed by Bloxham School to complete a mechanical, electrical & sustainable technical design, involving producing service solutions for a new student accommodation block in the heart of Bloxham. The scheme involved linking the new build to the existing Stonehill House which is property of Bloxham private school.

The new building consisted of dormitories, amenities, and communal space for the students to gather.
