A major centre for the treatment of prostate cancer both for the Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire network and nationally.

The Stokes Centre for Urology was a collaboration between ‘The Prostate Project’ charity and the NHS to create a sector-leading new-build facility for treating prostate cancer patients.

The new building, named the Stokes Centre of Urology in honour of Colin Stokes, features a cutting-edge theatre for brachytherapy, which uses tiny radioactive seeds to treat prostate cancer. It also includes ultramodern consulting and treatment rooms, as well as a small laboratory for research.

CBG were employed from inception to prepare M&E performance design and carry on client side providing technical advice and checking of contractor design. CBG were also employed to carry our thermal modelling and Part compliance services.
