CBG worked with A2 Dominion on this mixed use development in central Oxford.

The project comprises of four blocks, three of these are for social and affordable housing, incorporating 42 apartments and the fourth block is for student accommodation for Oxford Brookes University, with 78 en-suite rooms split across five storeys. Heating and hot water is provided by a centralised CHP boiler, with heat interface units provided to each apartment. These allow residents to pay for their energy costs using a pre-payment metering system.
