A development of a new build private office with conference facilities located in the heart of the Harwell Science Campus, Oxfordshire.

14,870m2 of office space with different types of spaces have been accommodated, including: Offices, Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms, Cafeteria & Common Rooms.

Specialised areas include Exhibition spaces, Gymnasium, Laboratories and Video Conference facilities.

Completed in 2015, CBG were involved in the detailed mechanical design. Working in collaboration with Bouygues UK Sustainability features include ground source heating and cooling, natural and mixed mode ventilation, active thermal mass and BREEAM Excellent rating.
