Major development of high quality “residential village” for the elderly at Oakham, Rutland. Facilities include independent living bungalows, community centre and assisted living apartments.

The Rutland Care Village comprises four separate care homes with nursing support covering needs associated with old age, physical disability, mental health and dementia for up to 82 users. There is also a community centre and twenty four assisted living accommodation.

CBG was employed to carry out the M&E performance design and the project was completed in 2010.
