Discover Summer at CBG Consultants

July 24th, 2025
Company Highlights

Every year CBG Consultants take part in Activity Days, where colleagues from our London, Oxford, Cambridge, Birmingham and Manchester offices get the chance to socialise together in fun team building activities.

At CBG Consultants, we value the importance of strong social connections among colleagues. Providing opportunities for teams and managers from across our different offices to unwind and connect plays a vital role in fostering wellbeing within the office and beyond. These interactions contribute positively to our overall company culture and performance.

This summer, our team enjoyed a variety of exciting activities. Some headed to Silverstone to experience the thrill of the MotoGP, watching bikes race at incredible speeds. Others tested their strength with axe throwing, honed their precision in clay pigeon shooting, and showed off their mixology skills during a relaxed day of cocktail making. Meanwhile, our sports enthusiasts went for a few rounds at Pitch Golf.

In June, we also held our annual summer party with a scenic cruise down the river Thames aboard a Salter’s Steamer’s boat. It was a great opportunity to socialise in the lovely weather (which was a stark contrast to 2024!), enjoy a tasty BBQ, and spend some time away from our desks.

There is still plenty more to look forward to this year including a spa day in August and the annual sailing event in September. Before we know it, the festive period will be around the corner, and we can look forward to even more social events in the calendar!

If you want to get involved and experience exciting opportunities at CBG Consultants, visit our careers page for our list of job vacancies! We are currently hiring for a broad range of roles from graduate all the way up to associate level.

"Activity days are important for us to build stronger connections, recharge our minds, and bring fresh energy back to the office.”
