Last week, we announced a significant step forward with our new and improved website. Designed to improve accessibility and searchability, enhance user experience, and offer deeper insights into our services, our updated digital presence reflects our mission to be recognised as a growing, leading engineering and building services consultancy.
On our new website, you can rediscover our comprehensive consultancy service offerings that we will continue to employ in 2025 and beyond.
Our vision for the upcoming year is to build on our current capabilities, utilise innovative technologies, be a leader in sustainable consultancy, and ensure a happy workplace for our employees.
Our Work
On our projects, we implement the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering using the latest versions of AutoDesk Revit and Navisworks software to assist with design, production, and co-ordination to maximise productivity and minimise waste. Our BIM solutions allow for real-time collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors which ensures project accuracy and enhances overall collaboration and efficiency.
In 2025, we will continue to focus our efforts on sustainability and reaching net zero goals. We already have significant experience in developing low-carbon energy strategies across all sectors and our solutions are designed to work in harmony with His Majesty’s Government Policy to achieve net zero by 2050. Our expert Building Physics team can offer valuable insights across a variety of areas, including overheating risk assessments, ventilation analysis, energy modelling, façade optimisation, and daylight design. We stay ahead by using the latest software and techniques. Leverage our expertise this year and we will help you create spaces that are energy-efficient and comfortable for occupants.
Our Team
Our vision for the future extends beyond the technical aspects of our consulting offering. We aspire to foster a community of forward-thinking professionals who share the same passion for progress as us. This year, our Gradcracker site went live to encourage fresh new talent to join our teams across our different offices. At CBG, we are passionate about supporting ambitious people to achieve their potential, and for this reason we are recruiting more graduates than ever before.
For our existing employees, we will continue to offer a diverse and regular programme of training opportunities to all staff, and we will strive to be leaders in Continuing Professional Development.
We are committed to improving the diversity of our workforce. We offer initiatives and training in Equality Diversity and Inclusion, and we additionally require our supply chain to have these policies in place within their businesses. We foster an inclusive culture which promotes equality, values diversity and maintains a working environment in which the rights and dignity of all staff are respected. We recognise that the broad range of experiences within a diverse staff body strengthens our client delivery capabilities.
In 2025, we have announced our new Cambridge office, launched a new version of our website, and started recruiting on Gradcracker. We hope to continue this positive momentum for the year ahead and beyond.
