Glanville and CBG are pleased to introduce their integrated Scan to BIM service, combining precise 3D measured surveys with asset-rich Building Information Modelling to remove uncertainty from existing buildings and estate management. Together, we deliver accurate digital models that strengthen project delivery, enhance record information, and support confident decision‑making.

Our 3D scans capture every detail with 3 mm +/- accuracy, providing dependable, point‑in‑time information. All scans are registered to permanent control points and geo‑referenced to Ordnance Survey data, ensuring consistent, reliable outputs. This point cloud data is then developed into detailed ‘as‑built’ BIM models that provide a lasting, enhanced understanding of existing assets.
