The Index Ventures offices are located in the heart of energetic London; a prevailing and contemporary environment, harmonized with its corporate vision. Collaborating with Studio Azzurro, we provided a helping hand with the fresh and innovative £1M refurbishment of the grade A office fit out.

The scheme stipulated a high client specification, which proved to be an inspiring challenge. This included intelligent daylight/occupancy controlled lighting systems and full air conditioning throughout the dynamic building.

The end result of the refurbishment was an impressive accomplishment, acquiring a contemporary and function friendly work environment for Index Ventures. CBG were delighted to be involved with the scheme, helping realise the Clients vision.
